Senior Corporate Event Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Event Coordinator to join our team at Eclectic Recruitment Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in organising large corporate events, preferably in a professional services environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conceptualising, planning, and executing complex events from start to finish.
- Managing event budgets, tracking costings, and ensuring successful event delivery.
- Liaising with stakeholders, venues, and suppliers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Co-ordinating logistics, including catering, equipment, and layout requirements.
- Confidently managing teams and suppliers to achieve event objectives.
Candidates should have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate event management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful events on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and risk assessment.
