Job Overview

As a Meeting and Events Coordinator at Sodexo, you will play a crucial role in enhancing comfort and convenience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and coordinate all aspects of meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless operations and memorable experiences for attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistical plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements.
  • Manage event registration processes and attendee communications.
  • Oversee onsite event execution, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and evaluate event performance, gather feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and memorable experiences for attendees.
