Accommodation and Events Coordinator Role
At Accor, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation and Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating events, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily reservations checks from all platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate events, including corporate bookings, private functions, and weddings, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed function plans to hotel operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain the accuracy of the in-house reservations system.
- Respond to booking inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
