About the Position:
- Welcome and engage with customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience from start to finish.
- Accurately log vehicle details and service requirements, ensuring seamless communication with our technicians.
- Effectively communicate and convert VHC identified work requirements, building trust with our customers.
- Manage reception administration, from job cards to invoicing, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering loyalty and driving business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Aftersales Advisor in a franchised car dealership.
- Familiarity with CDK/ADP/Keyloop Dealer Management System is a valuable asset.
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
