Job Description: As a Customer Experience Lead at Tapestry, Inc., you will be responsible for creating a positive shopping environment that drives sales and builds brand loyalty. Your key responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by providing exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with department store management teams to implement effective business strategies.
  • Track and analyze sales data to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage product deliveries and replenishment, maintaining organized and clean store environments.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives aligned with our brand's image.

Compensation Package: Our competitive salary range is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
