Becoming a Customer Experience Lead in the Entertainment Sector

As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing top-notch customer service, and driving sales growth. Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am-10pm, depending on location. This includes weekends and bank holidays. Your typical weekly rota will consist of a mix of long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, varying week-to-week.

Job Description:

As a retail operations specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily operations, including taking bets on various sports and events with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Providing top-notch customer service, handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Maintaining high shop standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Opening or closing the shop as needed, adhering to operating hours and protocols.

  • You should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
