The Salisbury Arms, a neighbourhood hangout located on Tenison Road, is seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and mouth-watering food offerings.

Salary

We offer a competitive hourly salary, with an estimated annual salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 based on location and experience.

Job Description

Your role as Team Leader / Supervisor:

  • Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
  • Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
  • Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
  • Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
  • Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
  • Being a supportive and proactive leader

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous Leadership experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
  • Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great teamwork in a fast-paced and pressurised environment
  • A result-driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams
