Customer Experience Champion

We are looking for a skilled Customer Experience Champion to join our team at Fish'n'Chick'n in AREA 2 - North.
Salary: £8.25 - £11.50 per hour
Location: AREA 2 – North
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
We want every customer to have an amazing experience, every time they visit. Our Customer Experience Champions play a key role in making this happen by serving customers with a smile, ensuring high standards of food quality, store cleanliness, and front counter organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering a great customer experience
- Assembling orders for takeaway, Click & Collect, and Delivery
- Assisting Managers and Fryers to prepare food
- Supporting good food hygiene practices
- Supporting best practice for Health & Safety

We only source fish from sustainable fishing sources and our fresh Red Tractor Approved Shropshire Chickens are barn reared. We also recycle our waste oil into Bio Diesel and our packaging is made of recycled material and or biodegradable.
