About the Role

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer interactions. You will be responsible for coordinating customer bookings and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating customer bookings and managing diaries
  • Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
  • Working closely with the customer care team to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Managing and processing credit card expenses for product specialists

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Qualification to A-level standard or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Desirable previous experience of managing diaries
