Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 25 people to achieve key targets and KPIs, while also encouraging team members to continue their learning and career development via our internal E-learning portal.

About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience of managing large teams in a retail or hospitality industry. You should have experience overseeing onsite events and connecting with the local community to market these initiatives.
