Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced User Experience Director to lead our Insights and Human Factors team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and development of this capability, aligning with our overall company strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead user insight and HF programmes for medical and pharmaceutical companies, ensuring project quality, budget, and planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user research and HF programmes that meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing user insight and HF programmes for medical and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to support business development activities.
  • Expertise in HF regulatory requirements for medical devices, drug delivery, and diagnostics.
  • A willingness to travel for up to a week at a time for research and conference attendance.
Compensation Package
  • Estimated salary: £100,000 - £130,000 per annum, based on experience.
