Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled User Researcher to join our team on a 3-month initial contract basis. The project involves re-platforming a global SaaS application for a specialist hardware/software company.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in user research panel interviewing techniques and be an expert in recruitment. They will work from their home office, conducting interviews and gathering insights that will inform the development of the new platform.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on the design and development of a cutting-edge technology product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User research panel recruitment and interviewing
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies
  • Gathering and analyzing data to inform product decisions

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a User Researcher (Senior)
  • Expertise in research panel recruitment and interviewing techniques
  • SaaS experience is desirable but not essential

Salary and Benefits:

The daily rate for this role is £500-£550 per day, outside IR35. This is a competitive rate for a senior researcher with the right skills and experience. We offer a flexible working arrangement, allowing you to work from your own home office and manage your time effectively.
