They will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align designs with user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning of all UX-related activities, from initial discovery through to research, analysis, and user testing.
  • Work as part of multidisciplinary teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, and Delivery Managers, to capture insights and perspectives for effective design responses.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align designs with user needs and business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across digital products.
  • Lead and conduct user research studies, including user interviews, stakeholder workshops, focus groups, and user testing.
  • Run effective workshops from initial planning and design through to client engagement, facilitation, and translating outputs into deliverables that enhance the UX of a project.

Requirements:

  • A comprehensive understanding of the UX lifecycle, including methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of user research techniques and analysis, such as Contextual Inquiry, Ethnographic Research, Workshops, User Interviews, Empathy Maps, and validated learning.
  • Experience working in agile environments using methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • High proficiency with design tools, including Figma.
  • Ability to prototype at different fidelities and visualise ideas effectively.
