Akendi is seeking a talented Design Research Expert to join our team. As a Design Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user research methods and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions that meet the needs of our clients. With a focus on user-centered design methodologies, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Developing and executing research plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality research results
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as a pension, private healthcare, and flexible working. Our team is based in Cambridge, but you will require frequent visits to client premises in London.

Required Skills and Qualifications

An advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction or Computer Science is required.
