**Role Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team in a major High Street location. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe, managing a team of staff, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising a team of staff
  • Managing inventory and stock levels
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and customer service
  • Assisting with daily operations and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
  • Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
  • Team player and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
