The University of Cambridge is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Programme Lead to oversee and deliver key projects within the ambitious Reimagining Professional Services programme. This role is part of large-scale initiatives aimed at adopting new ways of working to support staff and academic mission.


As Transformation Programme Lead, you will be responsible for working closely with senior stakeholders, academic staff, and professional services teams to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives. You will lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and academic staff
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with programme objectives

We are looking for candidates with:



  • Proven experience in transformation programme lead roles, understanding the context of working at the University of Cambridge
  • Strong track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex organisational structures and drive change
