Senior Programme Scheduler

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Programme Scheduler to join our team at Marshall Group, based in Cambridge.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to work within an applied matrix organisation, collaborating with engineering, procurement, supply-chain and production departments to deliver integrated project planning and scheduling activities across programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integrated schedules, provide project planning reports and metrics.
  • Collaborate with IPTs to foster and encourage the culture and operational effectiveness of IPTs.
  • Support the generation of monthly SPI, CPI, whole EVM and CPA information from the integrated project schedules.
  • Evaluate project schedule outcomes and identify areas for improvement in those plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience in 'front line' project planning roles, ideally in the defence domain.
  • Subject matter expertise in project planning tools & techniques, including project control and reporting, change management, cost control, Integrated Baseline Planning (IBP), Supply-Chain schedule integration and risk & opportunity management.
  • Practitioner in EVM, SPI and CPI.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
  • A competitive remuneration package including 27 days holiday and pension contributions matched up to 9%.
