As part of this transformation, we're seeking a highly skilled Agile Delivery Director to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading our digital product development, ensuring seamless delivery processes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing digital products and services throughout their lifecycle, with expertise in Agile methodologies and scrum management. They'll also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards shared goals.

Key responsibilities will include programme management, client relationship building, and process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of our digital strategy, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

In terms of benefits, you can look forward to a competitive salary of between £50,000 - £55,000, generous holiday entitlement, and a comprehensive pension scheme. Flexible working arrangements are available, with a preference for 1-2 days per week in the office, although this can be discussed further.
