Teaching Quality Manager

We are looking for an experienced Quality Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance frameworks and be able to develop and implement effective quality improvement strategies.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to drive high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Lead the analysis of performance data to inform decision-making and drive progress towards strategic goals.
- Mentor and guide teaching staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development and accountability.
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders as required.
- Proven experience in a quality assurance or academic leadership role within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance frameworks, particularly in post-16 education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with staff and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with current regulatory standards and best practices in education.
- Teaching qualification and relevant degree (or equivalent experience) highly desirable.
- A proactive, flexible attitude, with ability to start immediately.
