Job Overview: As a Quality Management Professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of Amgen's research data. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting GLP compliance oversight, planning and conducting risk-based R&D audits, and managing deliverables to ensure quality and compliance to local regulations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with functional areas and stakeholder groups to support GLP compliance oversight.
  2. Develop and implement quality oversight methodologies to identify and mitigate risks.
  3. Provide data and recommendations regarding the state of quality for processes, technology, laboratory and external vendor performance.
  4. Support the establishment of regional expertise to ensure quality and compliance to local regulations.
  5. Actively seek opportunities to improve quality management systems and processes.

What We Offer:
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per annum (dependent on experience) based on location in Cambridge or Uxbridge, flexible work from home options available.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance or other relevant areas of the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory submission and inspection management procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
