About Our CompanyWe are a reputable food manufacturer based in North East London seeking an experienced QA Manager to oversee our quality assurance operations.
This leadership role will drive the implementation of food safety and quality systems, ensuring products consistently meet the highest industry standards.
The Job Description- As Manufacturing Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance activities across our manufacturing site.
- You will lead a team of QA professionals, manage audits, and ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in quality processes, helping to maintain a culture of food safety and operational excellence.
- Implement and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal quality standards.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring product quality standards are met and addressing any quality concerns that arise.
- Analyze quality metrics, trends, and performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to senior management.
