About the Role

The Production Support Manager is responsible for managing production quality processes, including deviations and investigations, production training, batch documentation review, technical writing, and acting as an internal liaison while complying with GMP regulations.

This role requires leadership skills, excellent technical writing abilities, and strong verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities and ensure quality standards, processes, and products are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff in accordance with the company's Mission, Vision, and Values Statements, policies, and current standard business practices.
  • Manage quality processes within the Production department, including investigation programs and quality system processes.
  • Develop actions and initiatives to achieve set quality, safety, and production targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related environment with a combined minimum of 2 years management experience.
  • Excellent technical writing skills coupled with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
