About the Role

As a key member of our Manufacturing Team, you will be responsible for manufacturing and detailing composite panels up to 9m in length with high quality standards.

You will be accountable for producing panels/components as per Land Systems work instructions, engineering drawings, work requests and verbal instructions. This includes certification of your own work when applicable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture aluminium components
  • Cut plywood and foam sheets
  • Laminate panels
  • Assemble parts
  • Detailed panel finishing
  • FOLLOW written instructions or working to technical drawings
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Utilize online booking system for scheduling on/off job tasks
  • Manage budgets and identify related issues
  • Support line supervision with Apprentices/Trainees when required
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with experience in Manufacturing/Fabrication or equivalent trade (preferred but not essential). You should have the ability to read and understand Engineering drawings.

Familiarity with Composite panel manufacture is an advantage. A flexible and reliable approach to work is also necessary.
