Operational Manager for Manufacturing and Logistics

At TTP, we are committed to revolutionizing the field of cell therapies. To achieve this goal, we need a highly skilled Operational Manager for Manufacturing and Logistics to oversee the smooth operation of our manufacturing and test facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience in site, stores, and/or facility management, with a basic understanding of mechanical systems. They will be responsible for planning and overseeing the maintenance and repair of building systems, coordinating with external contractors and service providers, and managing facility budgets.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to think on their feet and implement creative but practical solutions. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and managing stock levels, optimizing storage space and improving inventory management processes.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus a 25% profit-related bonus.
