The company is seeking a skilled Operations Research Analyst to join their team and help them architect, design, develop, and optimise their manufacturing systems. With demonstrable experience applying Operation Research techniques, especially Discrete Event Simulation, to large-scale real-world systems in the manufacturing, automation, or logistics industries, you will be able to drive significant improvements in efficiency and productivity.

Good knowledge of optimisation techniques such as mixed-integer linear programming, response surface methodology (RSM), and disjunctive programming is essential for this role. Additionally, good Python software development skills are required to effectively implement solutions. The company offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per year, along with generous pension and healthcare schemes.
