Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team at KM Education Recruitment Ltd. As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in elevating quality teaching and learning standards across our client's provision.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the National Quality Manager to enhance quality teaching and learning practices.
  • Supporting and coaching teaching staff to improve their teaching methods.
  • Working closely with the Education Management team to monitor updates and support improvement initiatives.
  • Creating and reviewing pre-inspection guidance and tools to secure the best possible inspection outcome.
  • Analysing and interpreting data to produce comprehensive reports informing priority improvements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).
  • Prior experience as a Quality Manager in the Education sector.
  • The ability to inspire, lead, and motivate teaching staff and learners.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
