We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Before and After School Senior Site Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculums that meet the needs of children aged 5-13, and providing guidance and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver programs effectively.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, implement and evaluate educational programs and services for children aged 5-13
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents, staff members, and community partners
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
