This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SENDCo to join our team and lead the development of inclusive practices within the school. As an Inclusive Learning Leader, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all students.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to promote inclusion and diversity

- Work closely with parents and carers to ensure they are informed and involved in their child's education
Requirements and Qualifications
- National SENCO Award (NASENCO)
- Proven experience in SENDCo or similar roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
