About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational Assistant Principal for Inclusion to join our team at Cambourne Village College. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading a well-considered and joined-up inclusion strategy that meets the needs of our most vulnerable students.

Key Responsibilities:

The Assistant Principal will be responsible to the Deputy Principal and will work alongside the senior leadership group in defining, articulating, and implementing the shared vision and values of the Academy through effective communication and engagement with all stakeholders. The post holder will demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and behaviours, working with individuals and groups to secure the provision of a high-quality education for all our students.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is Leadership Scale 12 to 16, approximately £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. About Our Organisation:

Cambourne Village College is an Ofsted 'Outstanding' rated, over-subscribed secondary school, located eight miles from Cambridge. We opened as an academy of the Cam Academy Trust in September 2013 and have since expanded to include a 350-place sixth form. Our ethos is aspirational and inclusive, and we pride ourselves on being a friendly and welcoming community.
