Strategic Fundraising Leader for University Growth

This esteemed university in Cambridge is seeking a visionary leader to drive the development of its programmes.
Salary: GBP117,094 - GBP143,970 per annum
The successful candidate will be based in central Cambridge and will work under a hybrid working model. They will be expected to spend at least two days a week in the office.
The role encompasses overseeing key fundraising areas: Health Priorities, Academic Schools, Strategic Initiatives, and Culture and Collections. The Senior Director will provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of 40, fostering a culture of motivation, accountability, and excellence.
As a member of the Executive Director of Development's leadership team, the successful candidate will collaborate with senior leaders across the University and Colleges, requiring diplomacy and strategic thinking.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Development & Alumni Relations team as they embark on a new comprehensive fundraising campaign. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving this initiative forward.
