The University of Cambridge seeks a Strategic Fundraising Leader to oversee key fundraising areas, including Health Priorities, Academic Schools, Strategic Initiatives, and Culture and Collections. Reporting to the Executive Director of Development, this role demands diplomacy and strategic thinking in collaboration with senior leaders across the University and Colleges.

With a salary range of £117,094 - £143,970, plus significant market supplement, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing vision, strategic direction, and leadership for a team of 40 fundraising professionals. This is an exciting moment to join the Development & Alumni Relations team at Cambridge as we enter the planning stages of a new comprehensive fundraising campaign.
