Drive fundraising excellence at the University of Cambridge as a Senior Philanthropy Manager. Working closely with the Executive Director of Development and senior leaders across the University and Colleges, you will develop and implement strategies to secure funding for our key initiatives. With a salary range of £117,094 - £143,970, plus significant market supplement, you will lead a team of 40 fundraising professionals and foster a culture of motivation, accountability, and excellence.

This is an exciting time to join our Development & Alumni Relations team as we prepare to launch a new comprehensive fundraising campaign. We are committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion and encourage applications from all sections of society. Our hybrid working model allows for flexibility and work-life balance, with the expectation of being in the office at least two days a week.
