About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Development Officer to join our team at St Edmund's College, University of Cambridge. The successful candidate will have a passion for fundraising and outreach, and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to engage our alumni community and secure donations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy to build strong relationships with our alumni community.
  • Secure donations from alumni and other stakeholders through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Manage the College's telephone fundraising campaigns and recruit student callers to support these efforts.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including working daily allowance for food and drinks, free car parking, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
