Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of case resolution strategies, ensuring effective management of caseloads and procedures.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to case handlers, promoting high-quality decision-making.
  • Collaborate with university committees and risk assessment teams to identify and address potential issues.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform process improvements and optimize case handling.
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Head of Office in managing complex cases and providing strategic guidance to case handlers. The successful candidate will also provide secretary support to university committees and risk assessment processes.

Key Skills:
  • Proven experience in case management in a higher education, customer service, or legal environment.
Estimated Salary:

£52,000 - £62,000 per annum
