The University of Cambridge is recruiting a dedicated University Estates Manager to lead the delivery of customer-focused workplace services across the University's estates.

This vital role involves managing the Reprographics service, AV service, Messenger service, and Central Stores function, as well as overseeing the management of 80 centrally booked lecture theatres and examination rooms. You will work closely with the Estates Operations Team to maintain and operate the University's operational and non-operational estate.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a Degree Level or Level 7 Business or Management qualification, recognised health & safety qualification, and chartered membership of an appropriate professional body. This role offers an estimated annual salary of £65,000 - £85,000, depending on experience. If you have a passion for FM and customer service, we encourage you to apply.
