We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable RE Teacher to join our dynamic team at a Cambridge School. As a champion for interfaith understanding, you will design engaging and inclusive lessons that explore the rich tapestry of religious traditions, philosophies, and ethical frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the RE curriculum effectively across all Key Stages (KS3-KS5), ensuring students gain a strong foundation in key concepts, core philosophies, and the historical development of major world religions.
  • Foster a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring their own beliefs while learning to understand and respect those of others.
  • Cultivate a love for lifelong learning about the role of religion, philosophy, and ethics in society.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of religious traditions, philosophical concepts, and various teaching methodologies is essential.
  • A relevant teaching qualification (QTS desirable) and experience teaching are required.
