Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent and build a strong team.
  • Employee Engagement: Conduct bi-annual surveys to understand employee experience and develop strategies to improve it.
  • Performance Management: Lead performance review cycles, coach managers to support employee development, and provide feedback.
  • Organizational Development: Advise on talent and career development, compensation, employee engagement, headcount planning, and performance improvement plans.
