Job Description

This role involves working with the management team by leading our management forum, where you'll drive continued professional development, with particular focus on our new managers. A passion for learning and development is therefore key.

You will champion diversity across the business in line with our values. You'll enjoy working in a smaller tech business and can bring new ideas to the table in order to strengthen the culture of a growing company.

A strategic HR generalist whose CIPD Level 7 qualified, you'll currently be working at a similar pace and level and have experience of helping to scale tech start-ups (of around 80-150 people). You'll understand how to manage the people challenges this presents and possess exceptional communication skills.

The estimated salary range for this role is between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including hybrid working, pension, medical insurance, discretionary bonus, annual leave, and more.
