Senior Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition Engagement and Experience team as a Senior Manager. This role will focus on the optimisation of the technology landscape, requiring a deep understanding of Recruitment and HRIS including, CRM, Applicant Tracking Systems, and talent sourcing tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining data integrity and providing informative reporting for our team and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the implementation and integration of new Recruitment tools to provide a cohesive experience for all users.
  2. Ensure the integrity of data within our recruitment systems and databases.
  3. Develop and maintain Talent Acquisition Insights reporting that provides transparency to partners in the recruitment process.
  4. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize the use of TA technologies.
  5. Deliver training and support to TA team members on system functionalities and best practices.
  6. Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in TA technologies.
  7. Lead system updates and integrations to improve recruitment efficiency.
  8. Collaborate with the TA Vendor Manager to ensure effective usage and RoI on all TA Systems and Tooling.
Required Skills and Experience:
  1. Demonstrable experience as a Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist.
  2. Solid understanding of CRM, ATS, and talent sourcing tools.
  3. Ability to use technology to create efficiencies and automate the TA process.
  4. Excellent analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  5. Expertise in MS Excel reporting.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
  1. Ability to train and support team members on TA systems.
  2. Experience supporting the implementation, integration and configuration of new HRIS.
