Arm Limited is a leading technology company seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Systems and Data Manager to optimize its technology landscape. This role requires expertise in Recruitment and HRIS systems, including CRM, ATS, and talent sourcing tools.

 

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled professional to support the integration and optimization of our recruitment tools, ensuring data integrity within our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist and a solid understanding of CRM, ATS, and talent sourcing tools.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TA systems, including CRM, ATS, and talent sourcing tools.
  • Support People Systems integration and optimisation of Recruitment tools.
  • Ensure data integrity within recruitment systems and databases.
  • Develop and maintain Talent Acquisition Insights reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize TA technologies.
  • Deliver training and support to TA team members on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Keep abreast of latest trends and advancements in TA technologies.
  • Lead system updates and integrations to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the TA Vendor Manager to ensure effective usage and ROI on all TA Systems and Tooling.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist.
  • Solid understanding of CRM, ATS, and talent sourcing tools.
  • Ability to use technology to create efficiencies and automate the TA process.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Expertise in MS Excel reporting.

 

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
