About the Role
This Business Culture Specialist position is an exciting opportunity to join the Royal Society of Chemistry's People and Culture team. As a key member of the team, you will partner with directors and senior managers across various business areas, providing expert advice and guidance on people-related matters. Your focus will be on developing and implementing strategies that drive cultural excellence and improve employee engagement.

Responsibilities
As a Business Culture Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Designing and implementing culture improvement initiatives
  • Providing guidance on organizational design, talent management, and performance management
  • Collaborating with HR stakeholders to develop and implement HR systems and processes
  • Leading workshops and training sessions to promote cultural awareness and best practices
  • Monitoring and reporting on culture metrics and benchmarks

What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
