About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Academicis team. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team to deliver exceptional recruitment services to schools and academies across the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with schools and governors to understand their staffing needs
  • Collate information about candidates for inclusion in recruitment materials
  • Convert candidates into applicants through targeted outreach and engagement
  • Coordinate logistics for interviews, assignments, and advertisements
  • Execute search and headhunting strategies to identify top talent
  • Support the shortlisting process and provide feedback to clients
  • Organize and attend interview days, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Attend client meetings nationwide to build strong relationships">

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
