This dynamic role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in talent attraction and retention, who can drive business growth through effective recruitment practices. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead the talent acquisition strategy, focusing on both immediate and future hiring requirements, in alignment with the company's wider business strategy.

You will work closely with managers to develop coaching and mentoring skills, succession planning, and employer branding strategies. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring compliance with international employment legislation and overseeing global hiring processes.

The total compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary of £65,000, bonus opportunities, private medical and dental insurance, paid sabbatical, 28 days holidays plus bank holidays, and gym membership.
