Job Description

This role assists in recruitment by sourcing, screening candidates, writing summaries and ensuring efficient advertising. A proactive, driven individual with data protection understanding is required.

  • Assist in candidate attraction, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and recommending candidates.
  • Write, place and update adverts.
  • Create candidate summaries for the internal recruitment team.
  • Pro-actively search for candidates and build a talent pool using our ATS.
  • Monitor applications and process them efficiently.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Assist on interviews with the Internal Recruitment Team.
  • Complete other recruitment related tasks and administration.

A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum is available for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in administration is desirable.

  • Excellent time management, prioritisation, delegation and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations.
