About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to join our HR team, supporting the council's vision through effective people management and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide expert support to employees in areas of talent development, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • To collaborate with departmental leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improve employee experience.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the public sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
  • An attractive salary range of £62,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave entitlement.
