As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our business is fully resourced with talented professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and headhunting to onboarding
  • Representing Encore at industry events to build our brand and connect with talent
  • Expanding our talent networks and refining our processes to ensure we stay at the forefront of recruitment excellence

Some of your key skills and qualifications will include:

  • A proven track record of success in talent acquisition or recruitment (5+ years)
  • Exceptional networking and headhunting abilities
  • Attention to detail, multitasking wizardry, and tech-savviness (especially in ATS systems)

We offer a hybrid working policy with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
