As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our business is fully resourced with talented professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and headhunting to onboarding
- Representing Encore at industry events to build our brand and connect with talent
- Expanding our talent networks and refining our processes to ensure we stay at the forefront of recruitment excellence
Some of your key skills and qualifications will include:
- A proven track record of success in talent acquisition or recruitment (5+ years)
- Exceptional networking and headhunting abilities
- Attention to detail, multitasking wizardry, and tech-savviness (especially in ATS systems)
