Job Summary

A talented and driven Recruitment Consultant is required to join our expanding team at Academicis.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working in a fast-paced, proactive, and growing search and selection organisation to deliver exceptional service to schools and academies across the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with schools and governors to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Collate information on candidates to create compelling brochures that showcase their skills and experience.
  • Convert candidates into applicants by providing them with relevant job opportunities and supporting them throughout the application process.
  • Arrange documentation for assignments and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate advertisements to reach a wider audience and attract top talent.
  • Conduct executive searches and headhunt potential candidates who possess the required skills and qualifications.
  • Organise school visits to meet with candidates and assess their suitability for roles.
  • Assist with the shortlisting procedure to identify the most suitable candidates for positions.
  • Provide constructive feedback to both parties to ensure a positive experience.
  • Manage and attend interview days to facilitate the hiring process.
  • Update the CRM system regularly to maintain accurate records and track progress.
  • Attend client meetings nationwide to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Harness previous experience in a similar role or transferable skills to excel in this position.
  • Showcase ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office to efficiently manage administrative tasks.

An estimated salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum is available for this role, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive team.
