  • CIPD Level 5 or higher
  • Ideal degree education
  • Available immediately or on a short notice period
  • Experience within a tech or tech start-up organisation
  • Knowledge of visa and immigration requirements
  • Commercially minded with a practical hands-on approach

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full HR cycle, including onboarding, flexible work requests, maternity, paternity, and adoption processes
  • Implement policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders and provide guidance on various HR issues
  • Support managers, team leaders, and employees on HR policies and practices
  • Promote positive workplace Employee Relations and resolve issues when they arise
  • Contribute to and support the alignment of activities, practices, and policies by providing local input and support in the delivery and implementation of key HR projects
