An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious professional to take charge of customer acquisitions and drive brand awareness across our health and wellness brands.

About the Job
  1. Create and implement growth plans to expand revenue and customer base.
  2. Customise marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to target high-value segments.
  3. Cultivate awareness and drive acquisitions using a mix of digital and traditional marketing techniques.
  4. Optimise subscription-based product acquisition efforts, enhancing recurring customer sign ups.
  5. Head brand awareness initiatives to improve visibility among target demographics and reinforce customer loyalty.
  6. Utilise analytics tools to monitor performance and establish key performance indicators.
Essential Qualifications
  • Background in the D2C subscription industry with a customer acquisition focus.
  • Strong analytical skills to inform decision-making and track performance.
  • Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital and traditional marketing methods, including search engine marketing, social media, display advertising, influencer partnerships, direct mail, and print.
  • Familiarity with subscription marketing and experience in driving recurring customer sign ups.
