Job Summary

Morgan Philips Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join their team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will work closely with the healthcare client to provide expert HR advice and support, driving business growth and success.

Key Accountabilities
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert support to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring internal policies and procedures are followed.
  • Organisational Change: Support the implementation of new ways of working and best practices to drive business transformation.
  • Workforce Planning: Analyse workforce metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working at senior HR level, ideally with CIPD qualifications. They will have a proven track record of organisational change management and experience working in complex, unionised environments.
